Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Rio Temptations (“Company”) and the

undersigned Guest/Staff Member (“Recipient”). The Recipient agrees to the following:

1. Confidential Information

All personal, operational, behavioural, and identifying information related to Company retreats, guests, venues,

programs, or staff is confidential.

2. Non-Disclosure

Recipient shall not disclose, share, publish, or communicate any confidential information to any third party.

3. No Recording

Recipient is prohibited from filming, photographing, or capturing audio of any guest or staff without explicit written

consent.

4. Internal Conduct

Recipient must follow all privacy protocols, including silent service, discreet communication, and non-interference.

5. Data Protection

Recipient will not store, retain, or transmit any data outside Company-approved systems.

6. Term

This NDA is valid indefinitely and survives termination of participation.

7. Breach

Any breach will result in immediate removal, termination, and legal action for damages
